How much do private lessons cost?
Private lessons are $30 per 30-minute lesson. 45-minute lessons are $45, and 60-minute lessons are $60.
Suzuki private lessons are $35 per 30 minutes and include the full Suzuki program group class activities as well.
Harp lessons are $37 per 30-minute lesson.
For those taking voice lessons, there may be an additional accompanist fee as needed.
Can I pay for lessons weekly as I go?
Unfortunately we do not offer a “pay as you go” option. Private lesson registrations are a commitment to the full school year (36 weeks), or whatever portion of the school year is left at the time of registration (with prorated tuition). A registration fee and down payment are required with remaining tuition billed monthly. Private lesson students may request a withdrawal during the school year by submitting 4 weeks written notice to the Enrollment & Customer Service office. The student will be charged for those 4 weeks of lessons once withdrawal is requested.
Students may also register for up to three trial lessons with a teacher before deciding to register for the remainder of the school year. This is a good way to make sure that the lessons are a good fit before committing.
Do you take older, beginning adults?
Yes! We accept students of all ages, abilities, an interests in music. Our instructors have excellent experience working with students of all ages and skill levels, and work with the student to help them achieve their own musical goals.
